With summer just around the corner, were all looking for new and delicious ways to keep cool as the temperature goes up. Lemonade and popsicles will become routine, so we found a recipe for Chocolate Kiwi Popsicles from Showfood Chef that is a healthy way to cool down and the kids will love it!
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- ½ cup coconut oil
Peel the kiwi(s) and cut in 1 inch thick rounds. Insert a popsicle stick in each, and leave in freezer on a tray until frozen.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil over double boiler, and then cool at room temperature.
Dip each kiwi-pop into the chocolate mixture and place on tray to refreeze, or enjoy immediately!
