Q&A: Forgot Your Member Card

With more than 30 Discount Dental Plans and more than 100,000 participating dentists to choose from, it’s understandable that Members will have questions from time to time.

Thankfully, our Member Care department is here to help. Each month, they handle around 15,000 “service with a smile” calls.

Today, we’re answering one of the questions we hear often about your Membership.

Q: “Help! I’m at my dentist appointment and I’ve forgotten my Membership Card. What do I do?”

A: It is no problem at all if you arrive at your appointment and forget your Membership Card. Your dental provider may contact our Provider Care department directly at 800-494-9294, option 3, to confirm your plan eligibility any time Monday – Friday between 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST. We can confirm your eligibility over the phone or fax your information to your dentist so you can move forward with your appointment right then and there.
