Q: Why is my plan not showing a fee schedule available?


A: While we do our best to provide our Members with an up-to-date, accurate fee schedule for their plan, there are some plans that do not offer a set fee schedule. This is due to each dentist participating in that plan having their own contracted rate, so costs may vary by region and dentist. In those circumstances, does have the ability to confirm fees for most of our plans. The only information we require from you is the name of your dental provider and the ADA (American Dental Association) code(s) associated with the procedure. You can ask your dental office for the ADA codes for any treatment plan they have for you.
